Garb-Oil & Power Enter into an agreement

Garb-Oil & Power Corporation’s (OTCBB:GARB) founder and chief executive officer, Mr. John Brewer, advised the Company that he entered into an agreement with Mr. John Rossi of Resource Protection Systems GmbH Germany, whereby Mr. Rossi agreed to buy 23,046,611 shares of the Garb common stock from Mr. Brewer's personal holdings.
