Our plant expertise in refining and product finishing will allow Garb to develop into new market areas providing high value added products in Rubber, Thermoplastics Elastomers, Machinery and End-Rubber Products.
We believe that in order to satisfy the high demands placed by the market. It is necessary to continue to invest in research and development. Primarily concentrating, in the development of new applications and end products; capable of substituting or able to offer an alternative to the original product.
These substitute or alternative products formed from recycled material will minimize the use of original raw material and therefore reduce the impact on our environment in two ways.
The first real impact on our environment will be the need to reduce further valuable forest or jungle land to make way for rubber plantations. Therefore maintaining and sustaining what is currently left of our precious planetary lungs.
The second impact is the reduction of waste in general, which occupies valuable space and increases the environmental problem. People today are generally concerned with both the return on investment and how their money is utilized. An ever growing proportion of shareholders, both institutional and private, today want to know how their money is making a positive contribution to the world.

In our own and small way, Garb is actively working at reducing the impact on climate change through finding alternative and substitute products for technical rubber products, therefore helping to sustain the worlds forest, by reducing the need to increase plantation size. We at Garb are helping to minimize waste by finding new and productive means of utilizing used rubber in all of its forms. Therefore minimizing the impact of tire dumps; although our impact is currently small, it is our belief that more companies will take on our ClosedCycle™ principal in other markets and industries further helping us in this objective. Through our research and development, Garb is producing machines and products in line with our ClosedCycle™ principal that help the recycling process and create fully recyclable end products that are both financially viable and economically productive.
Today this objective has many names: “green and ethical investment,” or “socially responsible investment,” or “social, ethical and environmental investment”. We at Garb simply call it Green on Growth.
We believe that the industry in which we are operating is still in its maturing stages. Technological developments, the economic climate, the growing global awareness of waste being a source of energy and a source for new products will increase the need for solutions for the recycling industry.
