Today, our concentration in the development of Nano powders have made us one of the primary suppliers worldwide of vulcanized rubber powder 0-400µm in NR/SBR and EPDM. The base waste product is obtained from Natural Rubber, EPDM and Synthetic Rubber compounds from a variety of sources.
We consider ourselves at the cutting edge of technologies in refining and developing uses and applications for vulcanized Nano powder in NR/SBR and EPDM products. Our production capabilities, our research and development and our expertise have contributed to the development of this GarbPowder™ product line. GarbPowder™ is offered in raw, uncured, black EPDM or raw, uncured black NR/SBR. Our production capabilities provide this new product line in both sheet and granulate form.
GarbPowder™ is perfectly suited as an alternate substitute for natural elastomer-based raw material. Our tests have shown that GarbPowder™ can be utilized as a base raw-material that can be compressed or injected. These products show similar characteristics to the original material base product.
We believe that this new product will change the utilization of NR/SBR and EPDM in the marketplace. Our production capabilities provide our customers with a product that competes in terms of quality and price with natural raw materials.
GarbPowder™
Mixtures of different products and grain sizes can be made with all of the products listed and according to customer specifications. Minimum Order 20 tonnes. Ask us for some samples.
