Commercial & Industrial Waste Recycling Systems
Commercial & Industrial waste (C&I) contains much more recyclables (Paper cardboard, plastics, wood, carpets, glass etc.); which do not normally contain high moisture organics. The first stage is to separate the organic material and forwarded it to Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) processing technology. It is very common to find both C&I and RDF process lines within the same recycling plant giving them a higher overall revenue return.
Other C&I mono waste streams, e.g., like sludge, paper mill refuses, can be treated specifically for an energetic valorization by drying and separation technologies.
The C&I production assures high revenue by following steps:
Both C&I and RDF plants from Garb are modular in design allowing us to tailor a solution depending on the exact type or source material you will be processing.
Below you can see one example of a plant configuration. Please contact us for a specific proposal to meet your requirement.

The C&I production assures high revenue by following steps:
- Sizing (reduction of the range of sizes)
- Screening in defined steps ( again reduction of the range of sizes, and eliminating fines and inert material before the further process)
- Detection and separating of recyclables
- Baling the remaining or forwarding this material to the RDF-section
